Interview with a Halfy Vamp


It was only 5 minutes after midnight, on a windy summer night at the end of August.
A shadowy figure made it's way through a forest and reached it's exit, panting for breath after running fast to get to a house to get a rest.
"I only hope there is some place I can stay", the person said walking on, out of the forest across a field. A few minutes later the person saw a light flash up, about 300 meters away behind a small hill.
Running towards it as fast as possible, this person regained some hope to find a place to stay for the night.
Standing on top of the hill, the person, seemingly a young woman or girl, smiled brightly as she saw a nice little house right in front of her.

"Awesome! A place for the night!", she said happily, ran to the door and knocked.
Inside the house, a young man with a bit shorter black hair, wearing a black asian style suit was sitting in front of TV bored by the programm.
"How boring, nothing ever happens anymore...", he sighed hearing the knock on his door a moment later.
"Oh a visitor. I wonder who it is? Hope it's not those damned philosophers again... They always talk for hours and about such stupid things like what's been there first, egg or chicken... Oh man I need some action"

Opening the door, he was surprised to see a cute looking girl in front of the door. Looking down at her he could see that she was wearing black and white colored trainers. The rest of her clothes was covered by a long black robe. She had short dark hair and blue eyes.
"Hello sir", she said, a sweet grin forming on her thin lips. "I need a place to stay for the night. Do you have some space for a lost and lonely girl"?
"Sure I do, please come in. It's too windy to be alone all night", the young man answered with a smile.
"Thank you sir, that's very kind of you", she said happily and walked into the small house. Just round the door, the living room is located, consisting of a couch, two armchairs a couch table and a TV.

Sitting down in one of the armchairs, the girl made herself comfy. The man sat down directly opposite of her in the other armchair. "Blade", he suddenly said after both were looking at each other for a few seconds without saying a single word.
"Huh?", the girl replied a bit confused.
"Blade, that's my name. hehe", he then told her.
"Oh I see. Nice to meet you Blade. I am Sam", she answered with a sweet smile.

"So, what brings you here Sam?"
"Well I was thirsty and ran around searching for a drink", Sam told Blade, licking her lips removing some red liquid from the left corner of her mouth.
"I see. So you didn't have anymore milk at home?", Blade said seeming smiling brightly.
"I don't really have a home. I'm on a travel.. kinda....", Sam smiled revealing pointy fangs looking like those of a vampire.
"I see.. That's interesting. Hehe your teeth look like those of a vampire Sam."
"Well I am a vampire Blade", Sam answered.
"Yeah sure and I'm a Ninja", Blade said as if he wasn't believing her.
"Stop fooling me, Blade!", Sam countered.
"You started Sam!"

There was a moment of silence before both started laughing.

Smiling brightly at each other, Sam and Blade talked some more. They were talking on and on the whole night. As the night was going and the day came up Sam was sleeping in a closet while Blade was sleeping on the couch tired from talking to Sam the whole night.

After 2 weeks filled with fun nights Sam and Blade made a decision. From that day on the two of them went out together at night, Sam getting her needed Bloody Mary... um.. Blood and Blade getting some action.
